- Background: Radical prostatectomy is an established treatment for localized Prostate cancer. Despite advances in surgical techniques, this procedure is frequently associated with significant functional impairments, particularly regarding urinary continence, sexual function, and quality of life (QoL). These parameters strongly influence postoperative satisfaction and patient-reported treatment outcomes. Currently, a standardized prospective assessment of patient-reported outcomes in real time is lacking.
