Abstract:: HELLP Syndrome is a pregnancy complication that was first identified almost four decades ago. Since then, researchers and clinicians continue to refine not only its definition, but also newer laboratory cut off values for diagnostic purposes. Unsurprisingly, HELLP syndrome continues to be one of the most unresolved challenges in the field of obstetrics.
