Abstract:

Psychological resilience allows us to successfully cope with ongoing challenges in our everyday life. In stroke survivors, resilience has been shown to be a significant predictor of various stroke outcomes. Furthermore, resilience is malleable and trainable, providing beneficial effects on emotional factors and quality of life for healthy individuals and stroke survivors.
