Abstract:

We mesaured IGF-1 serum levels from SSc patients and a healthy control group. We also undertook a comparison of the IGF-1 levels from SSc patients before and after treatment with rituximab. We mesaured the health status by questionnaire and SSc activity and SSc serverity scores.
