Abstract:: Quadruple valve surgery represents a complex and rare surgical procedure, requiring a systematic and standardized approach. In this intervention, pulmonary valve replacement (PVR) in patients without pre-existing congenital heart disease represents a challenge and no large data have been reported yet. We hereby report a case of bioprosthetic PVR in an octogenarian within a quadruple valve procedure, illustrating our preferred technique of PVR with bioprosthetic implantation and right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction.
