Abstract:: In July 2022, the first update (version 2.0) of the German S3 Guideline for the diagnostics, treatment and follow-up of patients with endometrial cancer was published, supported by the Leitlinienprogramm Onkologie (Guideline Program Oncology). This article is the summary of Chap. 7: "Radiotherapy" and of Chap, 8: "Adjuvant systemic treatment". Relevant innovations compared to version 1.0 include the introduction of molecular classification, the impact of combined radio- and chemotherapy, the precise definition of the chemotherapy regime as well as the risk-dependent and stage-dependent flow charts of the adjuvant treatment options.
