Abstract:: Intervertebral disc operations are already among the most common and their frequency is increasing. The pain associated with these operations is one of the most common postoperative discomforts, has a significant impact on psychosocial aspects, and should therefore be treated effectively. Therefore, we present the importance of dexamethasone for multimodal pain management after intervertebral disc surgery.
