- An 8-year old boy with generalized pustular psoriasis unresponsive to several topical and systemic treatments responded dramatically with long-lasting remission to infliximab in combination with methotrexate. Combined therapy might offer a new therapeutic strategy yielding long-term remission. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
