Abberant Somatic Hypermutation in Hodgkin Lymphoma
- Abstract
- The present study is aimed at investigating the role of abberrant somatic hypermutation in different types of Hodgkin Lymphoma and its relation to Hodgkin lymphomagenesis. We will perform a comprehensive analysis exploring the mutation profile throughout the clinicopathologic spectrum of Hodgkin lymphoma correlating the mutation frequency with the expression level of AID in tumor cells. These results will aid in the correct diagnosis of these disorders leading to an optimized therapy.
