Methoden

Analysing the chemical composition of specimens at a high resolution, using analytical TEM. Main application is the research focus nanotoxicology, where it is necessary to follow the path of nanoparticles within tissues or cells.

Analysing the fine structure of specimens using electron tomography, to detect changes in the shape and location of macromolecules within tissues or cells in 3D.
